SourceMedical's Vision EHR Compliance Guarantee Program reduces the investment risk of purchasing an EHR by guaranteeing our Vision EHR software will meet the requirements outlined by the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (ONC) for use of an approved EHR in an ASC.

Our Vision EHR Compliance Program guarantees the following:

• For a period of four years from the effective date of your Vision EHR license agreement, SourceMedical guarantees that its Vision EHR will be compliant with the federal certification requirements issued by the ONC
• In the event that our Vision EHR fails to meet the certification requirements by any date falling within the four years of the effective date of your license agreement, SourceMedical guarantees it will resolve any reported compliance issue(s) within 90 days following written notification.
• If SourceMedical fails to meet the federal certification requirements issued by the ONC within 90 days of written notification, SourceMedical will refund the full software license fee less the value of costs associated with hardware, support, database preparation, data conversion, third-party software, form design, or training services you may have received.

To be eligible for the Vision EHR Compliance Guarantee Program:

• Your facility must be eligible for participation in the federal program and/or receive grant money under the federal program.
• Your facility must be using the current version of Vision and Vision EHR and must be in good standing with SourceMedical including all license and support agreements and invoices
