TherapySource Training and Go-Live Events
Customer Satisfaction
January – June, 2008
One of our goals at SourceMedical is to provide quality training and go-live support to our customers. One way to evaluate our service is through a customer satisfaction questionnaire. The TherapySource Training department distributes a questionnaire to each customer trained.
The following results were based on 43 questionnaires returned from training and go-live events from January through June, 2008. This number reflects a questionnaire return rate of 29%. Twelve trainers were represented in these results. Their length of experience training TherapySource ranged from no prior experience (new trainer) to over two years experience.
The results were quite positive, indicating a high level of satisfaction with TherapySource training and go-live events. The following table includes the average rating and the most frequent rating for the five areas addressed on the questionnaire, using a scale of 1 (low) to 10 (high):
