New Online Services Offered

At SourceMedical, we believe the true measure of a company’s commitment to its customers is how effectively the company responds to their immediate needs. SourceMedical has redesigned its web site to enable users to access a single location for all their needs. This includes entering online support requests, contacting your account manager, or accessing eLearning materials. It’s easy to access our site.

Go to www.sourcemed.net and click on the Client Services tab. This page provides more information about the different Client Services teams at SourceMedical. Click on the online registration form link that appears on the right to register for a username and password. When you complete the registration form and click on Submit, your username and password will be sent to you via email within 48 hours.

Once you receive your username and password, you can go to www.sourcemed.net and log into the Client Services area. Here you can access information customized for the product you have purchased from SourceMedical. You can use the links in the navigation bar at the top of the page or in the body of the page to go anywhere in this section.

  • The “Information for You” section contains news articles important to your facility.
  • The “Events for You” section lists upcoming events that you may want to attend.
  • The “Support Activity” section displays all open support requests that have been entered for your facility.

On the right side of the page, there are links that allow you to contact the sales team, update your contact information, change your password, review Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ), and learn about new offerings that could enhance your business.

The LearnSource page provides quick access to eLearning materials. This includes PDF documentation, WebEx presentations, and other computerbased training materials. These materials are great for self-paced training situations. However, if your facility needs many users trained or could benefit from an additional live training session, you can also make that request on this page.

From the Client Services Home page or the Support Activity page, the New Support Request link allows you to enter a new support incident via the internet. When you complete the form and click on submit, the incident will be sent to the appropriate support team using skill-based and severitybased routing. This ensures a timely resolution to your request. Any facility with an entire system down is still encouraged to call the support team to correct the problem as quickly as possible.

SourceMedical is actively working on additional features that will be added to the site soon. A new page will be added, allowing you to search for information and correct situations quickly and independently. A forum that will allow you to communicate with users at other facilities is also planned. We strive to ensure our clients always have access to the expertise they need to get the best results from their system.
