“Could not open the RMT 3.0 Virtual machine Environment! Contact your System Administrator for Assistance.”

Helpful hint: When you are signing out of a Rehab ToolKit module, always make sure that you click EXIT under the File menu. This releases the license that is being used. If you click the X in the upper right, this will close the module but your license will look like it is still being used by the system. When someone else tries to sign into Rehab ToolKit, they will receive the error message “Could not open the RMT 3.0 Virtual machine Environment! Contact your System Administrator for Assistance.” You can prevent this error by always using EXIT under the File menu to sign out of a Rehab Toolkit module.
