Hello and welcome to the first edition of the TheSource - Therapy Edition. The purpose of this newsletter is to keep you informed of events and developments that impact your business from an information technology perspective. We will deliver news, tips, and events that enable you to optimize the power of your systems and promote the growth of your practice.
If I had to select one aspect of how your business is impacted by SourceMedical it would be service. The reliability of your system performance and the ability to get the help you need fast when any type of problem arises, from training a new staff member to complex network issues, is the true measure of an information technology partner. As such, it is something we take very seriously. Because of that, this first issue of TheSource will place a great deal of emphasis on our Client Services activity.
Client Services is led by Hank Cincere, a 30 year veteran of systems support and service operations. His team is the largest single activity in the Therapy Division with 43 service professionals managing all aspects of technical implementations, training, and help desk operations. Simply stated, Hank and his team are responsible for making sure your system is installed correctly and that you’re never more than a minute away from expert assistance.
We sincerely hope you enjoy this newsletter and we welcome your feedback on how we can make it better serve your needs. Finally, on behalf of the team here at Source Medical, we thank you for continued loyalty and I look forward to seeing many of you this fall in Orlando at the Private Practice Section meeting.
Best Regards
Ralph J. Riccardi Jr., CHE
